Located in Laguna Niguel, these homeowners wanted to swap their outdated and lackluster kitchen for a design that was not only more modern and visually appealing, but also more functional. The APlus team worked to create a plan focusing on custom cabinetry with 3-inch Shaker door frames, as well as useful additions such as soft close features and integrations like vertical tray dividers and trash pulls. A fresh, white cabinet color palette replaced honey-colored cabinets, and the layout was also changed to create a more functional traffic flow and a greater sense of openness to the living area.
Espresso plank floors were carried from the kitchen to the living area, where APlus designed, created and installed a chic, custom entertainment center.

Other areas included in this remodel were a revamp of the powder room and laundry room. The powder room includes a custom storage cabinet with Shaker cabinets in a gray tone, and the laundry room is truly a functional masterpiece. The laundry room features ample gray shaker cabinets offering plenty of storage, a white stone countertop backed by a subway tile backsplash, and a deep farmhouse sink.
Finally, this Laguna Niguel remodel includes a butler’s pantry with gray cabinets, a white stone countertop, and even more storage space so the homeowners can ensure there will always be a place for everything.
