APlus Factory

We have gone to great lengths to make sure our factory is conducive to making our custom cabinets efficient in every space. Our Anaheim office was at one point an old furniture factory; dark, dreary and outfitted with old wiring and outdated machinery. We started by rewiring the entire building, updating the plumbing, removing the roof, installing energy efficient coated ply, a special roofing material, and installing windows to keep our building resourceful and temperature friendly. We added more than thirty skylights to bring in natural light and installed filtered air systems to freshen the air. We also built two paint rooms to spray catalyzed conversion varnish finishes on our doors to the standards that California requires. Finally, we purchased a dust free oven structure to keep our finish quality what it is. All of our machinery is modernized and up to date because we hand sand, spray and apply all the doors, parts, and special finishes.

APlus was one of the first custom cabinet companies to invest in “screen to machine” technology in California, which means clients are able to see a 3D computer model of their kitchen before it is even built. We have invested in CNC-controlled dovetail and cabinet door making machines that allow us to make exclusive cabinet door designs that are both thicker and more substantial than our competitors. The best part is that all of this is done at a lower cost because we control the entire process.

Because all of our cabinet components are made in house, our clients will always have a beautiful kitchen. We keep records of every client’s color and stain choices, and are able to service cabinets that have been damaged throughout the years. We pay attention to the minor details from our initial design of your kitchen or space, to the products we engineer and build. Alex Tabrizi, the owner of APlus is a certified kitchen designer as well as a licensed general contractor and our products and designs reflect it. Come and tour our facility and see why we have won “The Best of Orange County” the last three years in a row.
