25 – Laguna Niguel – Kitchen, Bathroom, & Closet Remodel

This large Orange County home in Laguna Niguel had its kitchen, guest bathroom, master bathroom and master bedroom closet remodeled. The grand spacious kitchen contains two large kitchen islands that both feature seating for two as well as full storage on all four sides of the islands. Many decorative panels, posts, legs, and corbels adorn the kitchen islands and kitchen cabinets. The custom cabinets are all constructed with luxurious dovetail drawers that ensure durability for years to come. The six windows above the sink add the optimal amount of natural light to the space. The top glass panel cabinets are lit to enhance the kitchens decorative displays. The guest bathroom uses white cabinetry with light toned materials to visually enlarge the space. The shower area features intricate and elegant tile work that beautifully accents the countertop. The master bathroom has a freestanding tub as well as a glass door walk in shower in full height tile. Wainscoting was designed and installed for this room to accent the space. The walk in closet is perfectly organized with the proper addition of shelving and storage space. Wood flooring was installed in the closet and it was paired with matching cabinetry with the master bathroom vanities.
