ANAHEIM HILLS COMPLETE HOME REMODEL

An Anaheim Hills home was purchased by owners who wanted to make a great deal of changes, and needed the help of a top quality contractor team to help them realize their vision. We confidently set forth with the intensive restructuring work, knocking out walls, raising ceilings, and building new constructions entirely to give the home a new sense of spaciousness and appeal. For the U-shaped kitchen, the clients wanted a transitional look that edged on the side of traditional, with a muted color palette. Our lead designer came up with a stunning concept that was graceful yet streamlined. We built off-white custom cabinets with subtle moulding details and sleek contemporary black hardware, topping them with beige granite countertops. They were given practical additions, including spice-pulls, a fold-out sponge drawer, lazy suzans, and pull-out tray shelving. The ivory hue of the cabinets contrasts with the sultry coffee color of the large center island, which was built with cabinets and drawers, an undermount sink, and a seating space with stout posts and a curved edge on the earthy gray marble countertop. On the walls, a beige stone tile backsplash is accented with a mosaic stone focal point above the stove.
Directly opposite the kitchen is the imposing columnar two-sided fireplace and chimney, which we faced with warm-hued stone tiles all the way up to the ceiling. The foot of each side of the fireplace is set with smooth gray granite, and the mantles consist of a simple and sleek dark brown shelf. Recessed lighting was installed in all areas of the home, drawing attention the the vaulted, raised ceilings and elegant moulding present in most of the rooms. The bathroom had a custom vanity built in a dark wood finish, with a gray granite countertop that combines well with the ashen-toned hardwood floors and the dove gray tiling of the bathtub and glass-enclosed shower. Other custom cabinets were built in the hallways and some of the rooms of the home, as well as the laundry room, in which we also installed a small sink basin.
