Extensive structural engineering went into this Anaheim Hills home due to the relocation of the wall.Their original ceiling height of eight feet was engineered to feature an open vaulted ceiling. All new finishes, materials, windows, doors, and paint were installed throughout the home. The existing fireplace was redesigned to feature stack stone tile transforming it into the home’s focal point.

This Huntington Beach home also needed extensive engineering to remove two kitchen walls and open up the ceiling height. Removing the walls in the kitchen allowed for an open floor plan between the kitchen, living room and family room. The master bathroom was designed and engineered to move a wall out to accommodate for a larger master bathroom.
