Whole House Remodel by APlus Kitchen & Bath in city of Lake Forest OC Series

Check out our three episode series of whole house remodel that features the very beginning at the demolition stage, then the design stage where everything is already been removed and finally the finished project, where this home is transitioned into a beautiful brand new space for the Panahi family.
This beautiful large bedroom home was built in 1976 and was in need of major renovation when it was purchased by Panahi family. APlus team stepped in and remodeled this house along with brand new kitchen, bathrooms, living room, dining room and new fireplace in order to build a dream home for Panahi family to spend many happy years.

In the first episode, you’ll see the process of demolition of the whole house in Lake Forest. Chad, the project manager discusses the details of what is going to be removed and discusses concept design and how will the project would look like.

In the second episode, we can see how all the demolition is completed, the living room area has been raised. All the electrical, HVAC along with rough plumbing is all completed and being ready for the installation of cabinets along with flooring. Chad discusses where all the pieces will come together along with the brand new fireplace.

In this third & final video, you will see the final finished project. You can see how everything came together and this 40+ yr old home has turned in to an amazing beautiful & brand place to live for many years to come.
