Thanks to Jimmy, He walked the whole house with us and explained exactly what he wants done for his complete remodel. This is cute house located in Aliso Viejo. We will be remodeling the kitchen, bathrooms, along with living & dining area and the fire place. There will be brand new flooring, stairs, counter-top. It’s going to look great. Every successful home remodel begins with a clear vision and strong collaboration. In this complete house remodel in Aliso Viejo, our client Jimmy joined us for a full walkthrough before construction began. He carefully explained his goals, design preferences, and expectations for the transformation.

This charming home offers great potential. However, the layout and finishes required a full update to match Jimmy’s lifestyle and aesthetic goals. Therefore, our team planned a comprehensive renovation that includes a brand-new kitchen, updated bathrooms, and a refreshed living and dining area. In addition, we will redesign the fireplace to create a stronger focal point within the home.

Demolition marked the first major step toward that transformation. We removed outdated cabinetry, flooring, and fixtures to prepare the space for structural improvements and modern upgrades. At the same time, we evaluated walls and layout adjustments to improve flow and maximize functionality. As a result, the home now has a clean foundation ready for rebuilding.

The remodel will also feature new flooring throughout the house, upgraded stairs, and beautifully crafted countertops. Each material and finish has been selected to create a cohesive and stylish look. Also, the new design will bring better balance, improved lighting, and enhanced comfort to every room.

After demolition, Jimmy walked through the house once again to discuss design details and final color selections.
