The layout, finishes, and overall design no longer supported modern living. Therefore, the family partnered with the APlus team to completely transform the property.
Our experts redesigned and remodeled the entire house, including a brand-new kitchen, updated bathrooms, an inviting living room, and a refined dining area. In addition, we designed and built a new custom fireplace to create a warm focal point in the main living space. Every detail was carefully planned and executed to reflect the family’s lifestyle and long-term goals. As a result, the outdated structure evolved into a beautiful dream home where the Panahi family can create happy memories for many years to come.
Series 1 demolition work and planing
In the first episode, you’ll see the process of demolition of the whole house in Lake Forest. Chad, the project manager, explains which elements we will remove and why they no longer serve the space. He then walks through the new concept design and clearly describes how the finished project will look. As a result, homeowners gain a clear vision of the transformation before construction begins. Also, his detailed explanation helps set accurate expectations. Ensures everyone stays aligned throughout the remodel.
Series 2 remodel work living room, electrical plumbing work
In the second episode, we can see how all the demolition is completed, the living room area has been raised. Our team completed all electrical, HVAC, and rough plumbing work, and we are now preparing for cabinet and flooring installation. As a result, the project has moved smoothly into the next construction phase. Also, completing these essential systems first ensures a seamless and efficient installation process moving forward. Chad discusses where all the pieces will come together along with the brand new fireplace.
Series 3 remodel work final finish
In this third & final video, you will see the final finished project. You can see how everything came together and this 40+ yr old home has turned in to an amazing beautiful & brand place to live for many years to come.
