A whole home remodel in lake forest, orange county

Lake Forest homeowner Phil contracted APlus to complete a total home remodel of his Orange County property. He said he chose APlus for several reasons above other area designers and contractors, including their reputation and their excellent subcontractors. Phil said he wanted a contractor who could be a single point of reference and do everything required of this comprehensive Orange County remodel, and that’s what Alex and APlus did. From going with Phil to select the custom front door that was included as part of the project, to coming over the discuss changes in the midst of the project, this Lake Forest homeowner said he was incredibly pleased with the attention and professionalism of APlus.

This complete remodel included the removal of walls, working on the foundation, and engineering to raise ceilings. New windows and a new front door were added which gave the exterior of the home a fresh new appearance.

Work included the design and installation of custom bathroom vanities and new showers, the addition of a stacked stone fireplace and custom built-ins in the living area, new flooring throughout, and a kitchen that was designed with custom espresso traditional cabinetry and granite countertops. There was hardly a space in this Lake Forest home that wasn’t impacted by this remodel, and homeowner Phil couldn’t be happier with the result.
