40 – Rancho Santa Margarita – Kitchen & Powder Room Remodel

In Rancho Santa Margarita, a home with a humdrum look too basic for its owners got a major upgrade from our team of contractors. We went in and worked with the owners to create a dream kitchen that fit their lofty sense of style and aesthetics, combining the efforts of our construction specialists and interior designers. This angular, G-shaped kitchen was rebuilt from the ground up, with custom cabinets and wood paneling. The cabinets were given a traditional style and a rich mahogany brown finish, then ornamented with stainless steel hardware and elegant crown molding. We went the extra mile to incorporate unique touches, such as a cut-out shelf for displaying the owner’s teapot collection, and a serving hatch that looks out into the living room. A number of the cabinets are set with clear glass panels to reflect light and reveal the beauty of the enclosed glassware.

The counters are white stone with subtle gray marbling, and the kitchen’s walls are affixed with a full-height tile backsplash, made up of narrow white marbled stones in varying sizes. An apron-front farmhouse sink was selected as an understated complement. In the home’s powder room, the kitchen’s new style was recreated by using the same types of cabinetry and countertops. Overall, the home’s new look is one of sophistication and everyday luxury. If you’d like to enjoy the same in your Orange County home, get in touch with APlus right away!
