ANAHEIM HILLS – COMPLETE KITCHEN REMODEL WITH BRAND NEW CUSTOM CABINETS

In this Anaheim Hills home, we renovated a kitchen to have a streamlined transitional look, one that makes the room feel modern and fresh, while still being timeless. Our team of contractors stripped the old kitchen, and started anew by building simple cabinets with minimal moulding in a crisp white finish, with shining stainless steel handles. Some of the cabinets have glass panels and interior lighting, to attractively display glassware. The upper cabinets have track lighting installed on their undersides to provide countertop illumination. We incorporated many custom features, including fold-out corner doors, a counter-level coffee cabinet, a pull-out cutting board/platform, built-in utensil sorters, pull-out tray shelves, and a pull-out trash drawer. Cabinets built for pantry storage have racks mounted on the inside of the doors to maximize storage options and increase accessibility. On the walls, we put in a backsplash of curving diamond-shaped tiles in a dove gray hue, edged with white grout. Overlooking the window is a double-bowl undermount sink, surrounded by the pale gray marbled countertops that keep the palette cool and serene. Part of the material was saved to make a matching spoon rest, which can be seen by the stove. beneath the oversized stainless steel wall hood that acts as the focal point of the space. The center island has its own undermount sink, and its chestnut brown finish adds a warm contrast to the room. It has multiple electrical outlets built into its side so that countertop appliances can be moved and used there with ease.
At the outside of the kitchen we built an additional piece of cabinetry with counter space, as well as supporting corbels for the upper section, and interior lighting for the display of fine vases. Farther to the right, a personal bar area was built, with rich brown wood cabinets in a traditional style. Glass panels are set into the upper cabinets, and beneath them is another diamond tile backsplash. The bar ledge is raised, and the surfaces mounted with the same countertop as the kitchen. In the guest bathroom, the bar’s look is echoed in the custom vanity and towel cabinet above the toilet. Have you been dreaming of renovating your Orange County home?
