A REMODEL OF FOUR BATHROOMS IN LAGUNA HILLS

A past client of APlus who worked with us on an Orange County kitchen renovation approached us about a project that included the redesign of the four bathrooms in their Laguna Hills home. The goal with the overall aesthetic in each bathroom was a transitional design that reflects stylish beauty, but also timelessness. The cabinetry used in the vanities of each bathroom features the Nadia door style, which is a signature offering from APlus. The cabinets are constructed from high-quality maple, and the vanities are accented with mirrors that were also custom designed for the home.

In the guest bathrooms, there is travertine flooring, and the custom vanities with intricate millwork are topped with granite countertops. The primary color palette revolves around rich, earthy tones in the guest bathrooms. Storage is creatively added in the design of the cabinets, to maximize efficiency in each of the bathrooms, and there are distinctive details, such as contrasting tile bands around the shower walls.

In the master bathroom there’s a seamless shower door, richly patterned natural stone and a deep sink basin. The cabinetry is expansive and wraps around most of the bathroom, while a soaking tub is adjacent to the vast walk-in shower. The master bathroom features Emparadora Dark countertops and Crema Marfil granite floors. There’s also custom millwork along the walls of the master bath.
